A huge thank you to everyone who made it to our September parent social and workshop, it truly helps us build a strong community here at Kids Konnect Pacifica.

October is shaping up to be a packed month, so please grab a coffee and read through all the fun things coming up!
What We're Learning in Class
September was all about going back to school, exploring "all about me," and diving into the five senses. Now, our classrooms are transitioning to some really exciting topics:
Anatomy & Health: Learning about the human body, simple hygiene and eating well.
Health & Safety: Important life lessons about being safe in our community.
Halloween Fun: Getting creative with crafts and celebrating the season!
Meet Our Pacifica Safety Heroes!
One of the highlights of the season is bringing the Pacifica community right into our preschool. We're looking forward to our annual safety presentations:
Pacifica Firefighter Visit (Friday, October 10th): The Pacifica Firefighters are coming to talk about safety and, yes, the kids get to check out the fire truck!
Pacifica Police Officer Visit (Date TBD): We'll also welcome our local police officers to talk to the kids about safety awareness.

Annual Trick-or-Treat Parade - 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Volunteers needed!
We are so excited for our Annual Trick-or-Treat Parade, but we can't do it without you!
We need 7 family volunteers to host a booth for the parade. If you’re interested in lending a hand, please email Ms. Ria directly and we'll send out more details later in the month.
Fall Festival Open House
Join us anytime between 10am and 12pm for these festive activities:
Cute Fall Photo-Ops: Snap the cutest fall family memories with our dreamy pumpkin photo backdrop.
Pumpkin Decorating: Let the kids get creative at our decorating station!
Coffee Bar: Warm up with a delicious treat from our seasonal coffee bar (think warm drinks and fall flavors!) and enjoy snacks and refreshments available all morning.
Meet & Greet: Connect with our passionate, highly qualified teachers and staff in a relaxed, festive setting. Ask them about our program and get to know the dedicated people who will care for your child.
Quick Policy Reminders
Lastly, just a couple of friendly reminders to keep the day running smoothly for our children and our staff.
Drop-Off Time: Please aim to have your child dropped off before 9:30 AM. It helps keep the morning routine structured and minimizes interruptions for the other children.
Closing Time: We close promptly at 5:30 PM. Please make sure you pick up your child and gather all their belongings on time so our teachers can also get home to their families.
Heads up: Late pickups come with a $1 per minute cash fee paid directly to the closing teacher. Running late? Please send a quick text via ProCare!
Sign-In/Out: Don't forget to sign your child in and out every day! Missed signatures unfortunately result in a $10 fee.
