The start of a wonderful new chapter, Pre-K at Kids Konnect Pacifica is a special year for little ones.

Pre-K is all about making sure kids have all the skills and confidence they need to take that next step to Kindergarten with ease. Our hands-on STEAM curriculum turns writing, math, and science into a game, sparking curiosity and making every day a journey of discovery during both indoor and outdoor activities.

Here, children learn to work together, make new friends, and share their big ideas. We watch as each little one blossoms, full of curiosity, bravery, and all the joy they need to step confidently into the world.

Our Curriculum

At Kids Konnect Pacifica, learning is at the heart of every day for our Pre-K class.

Our STEAM curriculum (that's Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) is aligned with the California Department of Education guidelines. It combines all the best bits of learning into a journey of discovery.

In Pre-K, 3.5-6 year old students, get to dive into ‘big kid projects’ that help them become critical thinkers, clever problem-solvers and collaborate with their friends.

From creative writing challenges and outdoor art projects to exciting science experiments, every day is filled with opportunities to learn.

Pre-K - A Day in the Life

  • 7:30 - 9:30 AM

    With flourishing independence, kids write their names, match numbers and tell exciting stories.

  • 9:30 - 10:00 AM

    We talk about healthy choices and model good manners whilst kids serve themselves and help out friends.

  • 10:00 - 10:30 AM

    Pre-K kids are full of fantastic questions and confidently share thoughts on circle time themes.

  • 10:30 - 11:15 AM

    From writing prompts to science experiments, group projects encourage critical thinking and creativity.

  • 11:15 AM - Noon

    Outdoors, jump ropes, hula hoops and soccer games support teamwork and build gross motor confidence.


  • Noon - 12:45 PM

    Nutritious and delicious dishes like chicken alfredo with veggies and fruit are served at lunch.

  • 12:45 - 3:00 PM

    For a calming break, it's time to recharge with quiet reading, drawing, or even a nap.

  • 3:00 - 3:30 PM

    We chat about what we’re learning over crackers and cheese or a DIY lunchable.

  • 3:30 - 5:30 PM

    We reflect on the day, share what we’re proud of and set up play invitations…
